In answer to subject question: sex never stops. If your wife has lost interest (in you) then inform her the marriage is open, and go find an interested partner.

I’m well past menopause (63) but my desire for sex hasn’t diminished. It’s not as easy or as comfortable as it use to be so that effects frequency but not desire. We have certainly made some adjustments in terms of what we do and how long we do it but there are a lot of ways for us to please each other. We are on vacation right now and every night we at least have a few minutes of foreplay.
