According to my mother I apparently caught my grandparents in the act. I was 5 or 6 and staying at their house and I must have walked in on them late at night. Thankfully I have no recollection. My mother told me the story because my five year old often stays with them and is known to walk into their room at night.

I missed the school bus in Jr. High and went to wake up my mom so she could give me a ride. She and my stepfather were going at it when I walked into their bedroom. I left a note explaining that I missed the bus and was walking to school (4 miles). She picked me up about 3/4 of the way there. In the car, she asked me why I was walking to school. When I didn't immediately respond, she asked, "Is it because I was busy with X?" I said yes. That's all that was ever said about it. Forty years later, I still have that image seared in my memory.

Lock your door! Also make an appointment to see a therapist if you want your children (and other people) to see you have sex. You have bizarre issues. Sex is a private activity.

No, you have reading comprehension issues. I never said I wanted to be seen but things happen. Being so impacted by walking in on it that you can't tell your parents that your pregnant is ridiculous. Not being able to have sex if they are in the same house is also ridiculous. You should discuss these issues with someone. They are not normal.

LOL - we are a couple in our 60’s and I love hotel sex and the nicer the hotel the better! We’ve been empty nesters for at least ten years but for some reason the anticipation of hotel sex is a big turn on for me and we really get into it.

My dad worked shift work so slept at varying times. One afternoon I walked into their room (our bedroom doors didn't have locks) and remember this big flurry and sheets. Didn't figure out until some years later what had been going on.

I clearly remember being about 7 or 8 (this was back when nobody ever had babies unless they were married in my town, and a girl in high school went to "live with her aunt" for a year) and trying to figure out what being married had to do with babies, and concluded that some kind of god dust floated down on the lucky couple at the altar. A few years later my mom, who did not discuss sex with us other than that one time, pulled out a pamphlet and started reading it to all five of us. When we were trapped in the car on a trip to my grandparents.

I was really, really young, probably only four maybe five, but I can vaguely remember opening the door, seeing my mom on top, then very quietly closing the door and running away.

I overheard some very explicit phone conversations between my dad and other women when I was older. That was a lot more damaging as my parents were (are) still married and I felt like I had to carry this horrible secret.

Never caught my parents. Only my Mom in bed with another man. She begged me not to say anything to my Dad.

When our daughter was still sleeping.....and staying.... in a crib we kept our door open. One night we were in a very compromising position when I see she is standing by the side of our bed just looking at us. I was embarrassed but my husband was impressed that she had learned to climb out of the crib. I’m sure she doesn’t remember it but ever since our door has been locked.
