Yes she seems annoying, but I think the hate directed towards her is out of proportion to her personality, and is because we as a society like our women to be pretty, thin, and rule followers. She breaks a lot of rules for women, and it’s clear that we are so tribal and are trying to kick her out. She doesn’t belong, she’s not pretty enough, she’s too fat. You all sound so high school-ish, and hate her for having the audacity to think that someone like her, fat and not beautiful, could actually make it to the top. I personally wish there were more people like her, not exactly like her, but sort of like her, out there trying to break the rules for girls, so we have more than Jennifer Aniston as a role model.
I don’t find her annoying. I worry for her. It’s not being fat or how she looks. She seems in danger.

It’s not how she looks, it’s the stupid things she does and says, like this:
“While our first instinct is to listen to every woman's story, our insider knowledge of Murray's situation makes us confident that sadly this accusation is one of the 3 percent of assault cases that are misreported every year.”
Remember that??

Exactly. I don’t understand her at all. She seems impulsive and confused about how to function in life.
If you were ugly and socially awkward naturally, you would have grown up with people holding you at a distance. This would cause you to be under-socialized. Thus, when you DO socialize, you're so excited to finally be allowed somewhere that someone like Brad Pitt is also, and possibly nervous and possibly thinking this may be your only chance to be around them, and thus you force a kiss.
You're obviously not ugly or socially awkward. I am, so I understand. I wouldn't have done what she did (any of the things she's done), but I understand her being confused about how to function in life, because I often am too.
So you kiss other people and pull your dress up in public?
She’d be the first one to attack am man who did this.

It’s more than inappropriate - it’s sexual assault.

Leo is so unattractive now, and has been for about 20 years.
Dunham is a train wreck.

few weeks ago, paparazzi surrounded the set of Quentin Tarantino's upcoming movie Once Upon a Time in Hollywood and managed to snap a shot of Lena Dunham lifting her dress and apparently flashing Brad Pitt.
Was this part of the movie?" Jimmy Kimmel asked.
Shaking her head, Dunham replied, "Certainly no. That was between takes, [with] him trying to sort of chill and brush up on his lines. It made sense in the moment. We were talking about kewpie dolls. Do you guys know what a kewpie doll is? It's like an illustrated character of the 1920s. Someone asked, 'What's a kewpie doll?' And I said, 'Well, I can show you. I've got one right here on my side'...If you've got it illustrated on your body, who are you not to show this?"
Wary of how things can be misconstrued—as the set photos inevitably were—Dunham was advised against recreating that moment with Kimmel. "My publicist actually asked me directly not to do it again on this show. She said, 'No matter what comes up out there..." she said with a devilish grin. Of course, that only made it more appealing: "I want to do it really bad right now!"
