USGS has big presence in South Dakota wonder if that might be in works too.

Clearly not. They also don’t understand that those people have lots of other opportunities right here and that’s why they aren’t “screwed” and don’t need to leave, even if it makes them sad to give up jobs they love and feel passionate about. They are not desperate and have options. The administration knows this, and knew they would quit rather than move. It was strategic.
