I am bothered by people who carry on conversations and people who, despite there being plenty of room, crowd me during class. Neither happens often.
Everything else listed is a myob (being off beat? Really? Some people just don't have rhythm, they can't help it, who cares?!), though being annoyed by injury modifications takes a special kind of asshole.
