Yep. I have a neighbor dad who is constantly trying to dump kids on me, get me to hold his youngest in the pool, etc., etc. If there is a true emergency or complex situation, of course I will help out. But when it's every damn day and you just don't want to deal with your brood? Nah, I'm good buddy. I had two kids for a reason.

OP, I went to read the post you’re referring to, and I can’t see what you’re so worked up about. What she’s describing could be true of someone with one or two children. I remember when I was a FTM how much time went into planning a day out anywhere. Sometimes I didn’t bother going out because it was too much trouble. You should examine why you despise parents (or is it only mothers?) of multiples so much. All she did was ask for advice, so your vitriol is very odd.

She has 3 kids... you cannot expect her to do it alone. She probably also has a housekeeper and yard service. Between mom, dad, and nanny you'd think they could figure it out. And, she probably has poor toddler in no activities so how hard can it be.

When I was going through infertility I wanted to scream everytime a parent complained about their kid. I wanted to grab them and shake them and make them understand that what they were complaining about was something I would give anything to have. But I really tried to suppress this feeling when it happened because I realized that it wasn't about me, and everyone deserves to complain sometimes.
I complain about my job, even though I know people who are unemployed. I complain about living in a townhouse and not a SFH, even though there are plenty of people who are homeless or barely making rent.
I try to cut people some slack. Have compassion.

We live in McLean near Georgetown Pike. I am pretty certain every person I have ever met who lives near us complains about traffic. There are several bottlenecks and studies being done to alleviate some of the traffic.
