Sweetie, how sheltered are you?

If they were having an affair they'd be enjoying a nooner somewhere where people like you could not watch and judge.

Good God, PP.

If I see two women walking together outside, I assume they're lesbians.

No, they're having a gay affair. Duh.

If they were having an affair they probably wouldn’t be wasting time on a leisurely walk. Seeing them in the parking garage is another thing...
I fear what your relationship is like as insecure as you are.

I work in a college campus. I walk with men at lunch. I walk with women. I usually ignore other folk. But a few years ago I did notice 2 colleagues of mine often took walks together. A lot. And I thought they could be having an affair. But, I let that thought go, because whatever. Their lives, not mine. He eventually left the dept, then came back to the department, then left the whole University.

Know what? It affected me not at all. Did they have an affair? Maybe. I think very possibly an emotional affair if not physical. But did it affect their work? My life? My job? No.

Jesus, I walk with my male colleagues all the time. To discuss a difficult idea, to get coffee, to collectively bitch about a project. Most of my industry is male, WTF?

Only if they are holding hands.

Well, walking is just such an obvious gateway to intercourse...

I assume you are joking.

No.
That's what I would think.

What about a man and a woman meeting alone in a conference room with the door closed?

I work in a large building and have a lot of male coworkers. I am friends with one and we often walk to the cafeteria to get lunch. Or breakfast. Or sometimes we just need a break and walk around. We are not having an affair. Oh and my DH works in the same building and has seen us walking. Not weird.
