I’ve had the same government attorney job for over a decade and excel at it. Good reputation and rapport with all of my judges and the less experienced attorneys in my office come to me for advice a lot. I may not be a millionaire but I’m very content with my life and work!

B/C student in high school. A/B student in college and graduate school. Did well till I choose to stay home.

Spouse was a B/C student in high school. A student in college and now has a great job doing well financially.

Grades in high school aren't everything and if its a bad school fit, grades are going to be impacted so if your child is struggling consider a better school fit. Wish my parents did and listened to me.

A/B student. Chronic procrastinator/ slacker. My very few C's came from classes I needed to put more than baseline effort into learning.

I'm very smart, and it allowed me to coast through school essentially.

Now I'm a fed and make 125k. I work from home and get to spend a lot of time with my kids. Dh is just like me, but more like a c student but smarter than I am I think. Or perhaps just smarter at my weak points and vice versa.

I like to think we're smart enough to be happy with what we have and grateful to know ourselves well enough to not pursue a grand career. I have a great family, great marriage and enough money for everything I need and a lot of extras. To me that's pretty good. And no one has cared about my GPA since my first job interview.

Work hard, know who you are, strive towards what's important to you not what is important to others. You'll be fine, grades don't matter post 24 (unless you're in grad school? I dunno never did that)

B minus/c student from average schools down south never took an AP class and went to a second tier state university. Picked a graduate major from a book in a library, applied to a bunch of schools, moved away.
Make lots of money, really interesting work, work in the public/speeches etc, married a super nice high earning man as well. My life honestly seems better and more interesting than a lot of the “super star” kids from my hometown who went off to college but came right back one and got married to someone else from our hometown.

Close to straight As through HS. As & Bs in college. As in grad school (because I actually cared).

Currently a MS principal making a lot less money than a lot of my peers. Planning to going back to teaching to make even less money but my heart isn't in admin. Making a difference, not making big bucks.

I’m sorry schools were not able to support you earlier. As a special education teacher I hope that we are identifying/supporting our kids so their learning challenges don’t make them dislike school. Happy someone was around & cared enough to get you support.

Yup. Solid B/C student. I am in a government job & make $120. Could make more- but i am comfy.

Solid "C-" student all through grade school and HS. Went to community college, dropped out after one year.

Worked for a year, then was finally ready to go back to school. Went back to community college, worked my ass off and transferred to Maryland where I continued working hard, and graduated as a solid B student.

Got recruited to work for a "hot tech company" in Silicon Valley (in the early 2000's). Still in CA, married to a successful exec whom I love very much. Together we have 2 kids. I still work, but part time.

My life is pretty darn great, and I am so grateful for all of it.

Left school early, C student and worked as Labourer for a few years. Went back to community college to finish high school, completed undergrad part time. Then I got into a PhD program at a Harvard equivalent which was followed by stints at ivy leagues here in the US. Always a B student but made up for that with hard work and street smarts I guess. Now in a job I love $140k

Took 12 years to get an undergrad.
Only took one year to get a master's.
I'm a HS teacher pulling in 50k.
I earned this life. I try to help my students navigate their internal messes so they won't end up like me.

I was straight A's, honor roll at my well-regarded private. Did OK in college. I had a good start in TV then the Interwebs + got my Master's (heavily subsidized by my company). I do OK now ($100k) in Marketing at a large corporation, but have Mommy tracked myself for the past 10 years. DH does much better with his MBA and MS in IT ($300k).

I was a B student and get ready for this Lori Loughiln went to USC, did pretty well and eventually got my masters in healthcare administration. Have a very good job that pays close to 180k, my H went to an ivy and is finance makes about double what I make (private equity)

Brother slacked in high school but was naturally the smartest kid, went to a state school did OK but got his act together and ended up going to law school. Now is a junior partner for a very prestigious firm in Los Angeles that specializes in entertainment law. My oldest sister who was a straight A student went to Harvey Mudd, went to UCLA med school practiced for about 10 years and now gave up her medical career to raise kids as an older mom (40's). It all works out.
