It’s easier if you just ignore the DA when talking about A/B/C teams although many people here insist on keeping it.

Bethesda Blue - A, Green - B, White - C

Blue at Bethesda is typically a very competitive A team against other clubs A teams, and similar with Green and White. Some of the clubs don’t have the same depth.

I thought Bethesda Blue = A, White = B, Green = C????

Boys are Blue / Green / White / Orange (?)

Ugh orange is a special case. Some years don’t have orange, usually it falls below green.

Pretty clear no?

Can we stop with the Potomac references. That clubs is just not relevant on the girls side.

For girls yes. I think the boys do something different.

This year a strong (but not an outlier) U13 Stoddert B team player moved to the Bethesda B team (team beneath ECNL) mid season.

On many Bethesda Blue teams there are probably 3-4 former Development Academy players, some of whom are just down for a few months on injury recovery, 2-3 players who will likely move up, and probably 4-6 players who are 'just as good' as DA players but for reasons like incumbency or team chemistry or whatnot they aren't going to get a chance.

Bethesda Green players have 0% chance of making Potomac Blue teams. Sorry PP.

Boys side or girls? For boys Bethesda Pre-Academy teams have been pretty even with Potomac Blue.
