We used lots of decals and when we removed them, they tore up the wall and paint under it. Never again. I don't get resistance to fun colors. Its paint, you can easily paint over it.

No. God, nothing is as gross as looking at house listings and seeing these garish, fugly colors in kids’ Rooms. Let them decorate with stuffed animals or cutesy furniture but please have normal walls.
You would hate my child's room Paint can be changed and it cheap. No one wants lame stuffed animals past age 4 or cutesy furniture.
