If you eat a ton of pineapple, you could get the runs. Because of ton of vitamin C. But, they are low in calories and have ton of goodness in them. But, if you indulge in gluttony, you will pay for it later. Pineapple is incredibly good for you in general! So, unessl you have an allergy, eat up!

Well, personally, I'd hoped go into labor, from a list of 10 things to try, but didn't work. I just didn't want pineapple again for years.
