These people can easily say that they "guarantee" things that they don't know for sure (or, maybe the PP can tell us how he/she knows that not even one kid in Kennedy has EVER used ANY offensive word? Maybe he/she is superman/superwoman who can browse through all events that happened in the past?)

For example, I don't know for sure if any kids in Kennedy has ever said used any offensive word ever, then I am not going to say "I guarantee it".
But for some people, as long as they want, they can say they "guarantee it" without the ability to really "guarantee" that.

My child went to Einstein. A school that W parents say is full of gang and violence, why? Could it be that they had an experience of gang violence at Einstein or any of these schools? No it’s because these schools are full with brown kids therefore they are full of violence. My child was exposed to diversity at Einstein, there were no segregation and my child loved that school. She was apart of the VAC and use to tell me about kids from these up-county schools and the attitudes they brought to the program. A couple of years ago, I went to a dance competition to support my daughters friend, Einstein section was next to Churchill and I over heard a conversation about the teams competing. Someone asked “ Is Einstein any good?” And the other parent replied with “ No you know black girls can’t point their feet.” I was in disgust, I had to leave the gymnasium. I think it’s time to shed some light about the racism in these W schools.

Absolutely. My daughter was harassed and called a "stupid white bitch" and the administration did nothing when we brought it to their attention except claim that she was lying. Hard to imagine similar reactions if the races had been reversed.

In my opinion, the disrespect, harassment, and bullying are two sides of the same coin. At Churchill, kids are targeted for anything - race, gender, disability - anything a child can use in a derogatory manner to target another student. It is a school climate problem that can be traced back to middle school and elementary school. More can be done if all school administrators were proactive in creating understanding and respect in school. Definitely, more training and discipline are needed to weed out employees who are poor role models for students. Finally, schools need to do a better job working to protect students who come forward to report acts of bullying and hate. Thus far, there is no comprehensive plan to improve the school climate at Churchill or the cluster to target students and staff who are the problem.
