I think a lot of the signaling subconsciously comes from you. Just act thrilled that you are having another girl and no one will ask this! I had two girls (and wanted two girls) and I don't think anyone ever asked me if I was going to try for a boy, and if they did, it didn't bother me. In fact, if I had a third, I'd sincerely hope SHE was a girl too.
