You bag up your laundry, request pick-up using their app, and they return it the next day. They charge $1 per pound. I'm considering trying it because we spend SO MUCH time doing laundry on the weekend that could be used for other stuff. Anyone have any experience with it?
Since there are so many sketchy stories that have surfaced about this company, may I suggest you just do one load each evening? No need to give up your weekend.
SO MANY PEOPLE HAVE SAID THIS OVER THE YEARS, My front load washer takes over an hour to wash, I'm often home at 9pm or later, I get up at 5:45 to take kids to school. Then to work. Often working 6 days. If I could manage to quit sleeping, then yeah, I could manage doing laundry at night, however, I can't and so our laundry gets done in bulk waves on weekends. This service is a HUGE Godsend for us!

So imagine what happened when my white pair of jeans was returned by Ramona, the 'sudster' staine blue? she OUTRIGHT LIED that they were like that when she picked them up. Liar! Karma is going to get you.
The idea of your laundry being done in an environment with no supervision so it's the 'sudsters' word against yours - good luck! It sounds like a good idea until you get dishonest people like Ramona and this company who believe them. They claim to have insurance but what am I supposed to do to prove that my jeans where not stained when I sent them out? I'm going back to a regular cleaner even if I have to pay a little more.
