I am a parent at FCGB and I think you are near exactly right. There are some girls who had been written off or overlooked by Bethesda and other girls who have talent but like the atmosphere here better than other options (DA/ECNL). There are some (yes more than one) with the talent to play at that level and have played at that level. But in general, yes, Ned has done wonders with what he has to work with.
