I also don’t know if these women have ever had any weight problems in their lives. It is easier to maintain slim figure than to go from overweight to slim after 50. Extra weight is a metabolic issue and is very hard to deal with.
As a man it puzzles me whether that 50+ woman is doing professional modeling or acting. Other than that it makes no sense why someone would take two barre classes in a single day.
