I went to YouTube to watch the trailer, searching “Leaving Neverland Trailer.” It should have popped up in the first few hits, but instead there’s a bunch of misleading junk. I thought one of the first hits was it, but as I watched, I realized it was meant to look like the real trailer but then morphed into a “parody” trailer that called Robson and Savechuck liars.
I seems like there is a deliberate effort to obscure info about this movie.

Every time I hear another Michael Jackson song played on the radio or overhear one being played in a store or wherever, I wonder if anyone will ever have the guts finally to say it's time to stop playing the "separate the performer from the performance" game with his music.
Everyone has known, since long before he died, that there were very serious sexual abuse allegations that got hushed up with buckets of money; maybe this documentary will at last out him as the pedophile so many knew he really was.
Yes, we all know he was a superstar, and that zillions still just love love love his music. But if film distributors won't distribute Kevin Spacey's films ever again because of his criminality, or if no one can ever hear decades of "Prairie Home Companion" radio shows that were expunged because the host was fired for allegations (no charges) that are still disputed....Why does the god Michael Jackson get a pass so that his music gets to be heard?
Because his relatives still make a vast fortune off of it?
Is that such a bad thing? That show (still) is insufferable. They did the world a favor.
+100. That show was terrible
As to that show being “expunged” MPR took them off of their platform (and subsequently put them back on)
Keillor owns the rights to all of those shows, and can put them on any platform he wishes. MPR is not obligated to make them available to the public in perpetuity.

Wow, did you miss the point of the example...
I didn't miss the point. I commented on the part that offended me the most.

Because he’s black and it’s racist to make allegations against him.
Oh please - NBC is airing a tribute show to Elvis Presley next month, despite his multiple “relationships” with underage girls. Explain that.
Elvis was a pedo, too?
never liked his music . . .
still - yikes!

Well that is different. People care about young girls and sexual predators. They do not care about young boys and sexual predators. I am waiting for the MJ defenders to start saying the boys liked it....you know how boys are

People are like sheep and have no critical thinking skills.
Michael was and continues to be framed.
Great analysis.
Its sad that people are still trying to make a buck out of a very talented and innocent man.
I read through the initial Reddit post. I don't understand how people can say, "Macauley Culkin says he wasn't abused by Michael Jackson, so ..." as if that's some sort of evidence that MJ wasn't a pedophile:
"Child friends of Michael’s who say they were never molested or saw anything like that happening
Macaulay Culkin
Corey Feldman
Corey Haim
Kelly Parker
Brett Barnes
Michael’s nephews, Taj, TJ, And Taryell Jackson
Ray J
Alfonso Ribeiro
Emmanuel Lewis
Among many, many, many others. Along with many other adults, family members, friends, employees and his wives insisting they never saw it, never suspected it, and didn’t believe Michael had it in him to do such things."
Just because MJ didn't molest or rape every young boy he met doesn't exonerate him at all. And how many children and adult survivors of molestation and child rape don't come forward? How many famous people would come forward?
Was MJ blackmailed, etc.? Maybe by some people or families. But that doesn't mean he wasn't a pedophile.

Was he really a clueless man child or was he abusing children?
I think the difference is that two men have come forward and are now open and willing to talk about the abuse they experienced. I would guess after this, there will be more victims come forward. Previously, there were rumors and whispers and little snippets but no one just put it all out on the table.
It takes a lot of guts for sexual abuse survivors (especially men) to go public and tell it all.
This isn't an investigative documentary. It is two people telling about what happened to them in detail. I don't know if these two had ever disclosed anything while MJ was alive. They may have not come forward until after this death.
They both came forward before denying MJ abused them, one even testifying in court on his behalf. If they were lying then, there could be multiple reasons why and I hope the documentary addresses it. I would really love to hear from the first accuser from the early 90s. I remember reading his deposition on The Smoking Gun and it was chilling.
