How exactly do you know this? Last time I checked, people OD'ing on opioids are having medical emergencies. Maybe you have your drug stereotypes confused with PCP, I'm not sure.

Although I have no problem with them carrying it to administer to officers or citizens who become accidentally exposed to fentanyl.
I agree with this.
Unfortunately I think it's getting harder to tell who the opioid junkies are these days, though, but that's another problem.
