I bought it at Target when I tried it, maybe 1 year ago give or take? It did nothing for me, very little peeling at all... I should try it again, I probably did something wrong the first time.

For me, the trick is to double the soaking time and to soak every day. The instructions say to soak the first day, but I do that X2 and then re-soak every day.

Good tip, thanks! I definitely did not soak every day the first time, I'll try again, I have a Mexico trip in March to prepare for!

Soak everyday in what?

The second time I tried it, I would just close the drain while showering, then use a pumice stone at the end of the shower. Really kept the reptile like shedding to a minimum.

I used it a couple of weeks ago. I did about 1 hour and 10 min in the booties. Didn't seem like anything was happening and then on day 5 my feet looked like they had severe dandruff. Little flaky skin coming off everywhere.... I buffed them extensively in the shower and that helped, but it took about 3 days for my feet to stop shedding. In the end, my feet look and feel so much better. Not quite baby feet but a lot better than my typical elephant feet.

Just ordered it! How long does the peeling process last? Is it painful? Do you need to keep socks on the whole time?

I'm going to do it this week. The instructions on my package say to wait for 48 hours before soaking. Is that correct? Or should I soak the next day for the best results?

No.
But when I wore slippers half size smaller and was stepping on the rim, the hill area developed thick layer of skin amazingly fast. Shoes/slippers have to be perfectly comfortable and soft.

God no women.

NO!
If you want to peel your face, get a tca peel from platinum skin care.

Baby foot peel worked great for me, although I get regular pedicures, but thick ruff skin built up terribly fast and worst then before a baby foot peel. I used it twice and gave up.
Tried to use it on my body (cut open the bootie, soaked a paper towel, applied on knees and elbows and wrapped the areas with plastic wrap for 2 hrs) - didn't work at all.
But hands' palms peeled like crazy from handling paper towels for only few minutes. Go figure.

Doing it tonight- directions say one hour in the booties. I'll post in a few days with results.

My Target doesn't carry it so I just ordered from them--Amazon had so many recent reviews saying people got something other than what was pictured I didn't want to risk it.
