OP - If you have siblings it might be time to see what kind of support others are able and willing to provide so as your parents age Itnis not all on you. Or if you are the local one, try to start now to see if coverage can come for you to get away for a week or what you need tomrecharge now.
If you are the only support, then do try to talk with your folks to see what kind of supports they can afford and what they seem to want to do in dealing with health issues in the future.

Op here - my parents are local and have a lot of medical issues, so I see them often and take care of them .
A PP mentioned getting a boyfriend, easier said than done. I’ve been on numerous online dating sites from match to tinder. I’ve never really met any quality men. As of current, I’m not in a place mentally to deal with dating.

I took up community theater. I am far from a professional but I sang in college. It has given me new confidence and a whole new community. You can't take yourself too seriously, but it is incredibly fun.
