This post is making me very sad. Taking extra prenatal didn’t get you pregnant. And it’s a little cruel to tell people who are experiencing infertility that taking Mucinex is what worked for you. If you have infertility, Mucinex, pineapple core, acupuncture, etc. are not going to get you pregnant.

I tried all of that, because I felt like I had to, because what if?!

Me too! Tried everything with IVF. Only thing that worked was DE

NP—it didn’t help me with OE IVF, but the Mayan massages I believe helped with DE IVF. I went to Elizabeth http://www.touchinglife.net/#2616

On the cycle that finally worked for me, I stopped drinking coffee and took 3 times the amount of recommended prenatals.

Regulates blood flow and circulation to the ovaries, lining etc.

I did IVF and fresh cycle did not work, but frozen with last two leftover did work i also did acupuncture.

Absolutely agree. My first took a year. We tried Preseed and Instead cups and BAM, pregnant. Jokes on us, have been trying for 18 months for our second and none of those tricks have worked. It was just coincidence and likely a huge dose of good luck that it worked the first time around.

The ONLY things I think really make a difference are tracking ovulation and making sure you or your partner are not on any medications that impact fertility. Fertile people get pregnant and infertile people usually don't. That's just the way it is.
