He is obviously an heir to a beyond wealthy and powerful family and probably a good guy with all of his work with animals etc but he doesn't come across as healthy or intelligent so it must he love. She is herself from a wealthy family, is beautiful , social, American educated etc so finding a rich and handsome husband is obviously not a problem for her.

He has struggled with his weight for a very long time. He was in good shape once after going on a strict diet and workout regimen but seems to have slid back. If you see early pictures of the couple he looks much slimmer.

They are 29 now, started dating 7 years ago and attended different schools and colleges so unlikely to be high school or college sweethearts but probably were in same social circle. She was away for college in NYU for 4 years.
