Went on to take AP Spanish senior year and is a Spanish minor in college.
+1 Great reframe. Please remember that a grade of B is not a sign of failure or poor performance. She would be fine with 4 years of B Spanish.
That said, my DC, who did struggle with Spanish (in part because of poor instruction) did start over with a new language in 9th grade. He did three years of Arabic (got Bs) and didn't take a language in his senior year. Happily attending his first choice college.
