Maybe her parents wanted her to go there because SIB was there, but she wasn’t into it. It’s a very religious school - you have to be ‘all in’ with that.
It comes out in the essays.

My DD looked and wouldn’t even apply and she was coming from all girls Catholic.

Out of that list, maybe Villanova. I would drop the bar a little and check out some of the other Catholic Schools at the next level down.

Because of her grades or SAT score?

Those schools want good students who are Catholic. It’s not all about super stats.

No way. ND loves Catholic high school kids.

I like your list but Loyola MD isn’t in the same league as Nova, nor SCU for that matter. Closer to the next tier down in most metrics.

Also attend every ND open house/visit you can find in the DC area.

Soory, I misread the SAT score, but she does need a differentiator.

Why not?

I don't love the campus(es) or the business and nursing focus (unless the kid in question is focused on business or nursing). I also don't think the spirit of the place comes that close to ND's.

Yeah, we got almost like...trade school vibes from SLU. Hard to explain, but DD - a prospective poli sci major - didn't like it.
