I’m so sorry, OP. I’m in the same situation as you. Going to try a microdose Lupron flare protocol. If that doesn’t work probably donor eggs. All my numbers are great. My quality is terrible.

here is the protocol I will be testing.

PP. I missed OP post. So, u already tried fresh transfer on Day 3. I am going to try my last fresh cycle with new protocol next month, not using the antagonist at all, but supplementing progesterone from the beginning to control LH right up to retrieval. I will be on 275~300/day Menapur and HCG trigger.

My son is a result of Day2 fresh transfer. So, if none is reaching the blastocyst, consider fresh transfer on Day2/Day3? I was 37 at that time.

4 three day transfers, some times with "perfect looking 8 cells embryos" and nothing.

Finally the nurse called and gave me the exact stats:

3 made it to early cavitating with 20% fragmentation.

OP, Why not try ccrm They helped loads of folks make blasts. Please try them. I am not sure what made the difference doctor or lab or protocol or the supplements but at least they will give you more information.

Thoughts on the morula?
