Well, it’s true. They are giving up 3-4 Sundays. That’s a lot. I value that time, PP must not. What am I missing?
You could have said it without "value your time with your kids" - maybe she values the time with them plenty and uses the sunday mornings for errands and chores so the rest of the time is higher quality? maybe she has a terminal illness and values the stability that grandparents can bring... you have no idea, so you could have just left that sentence out.
