I've never needed much sleep, mostly because I keep my energy level so high from exercise. I'm in the gym twice a day, mornings before work, and afternoons before I get home.

I'm a high school science teacher. I haven't used cocaine since the 90's. But I also compete in the fitness modeling event circuit, and I need to stay in shape. I can promise you, I may only get ~5 hours of sleep a night, but they're good hours, lol
