No, its 100% mine.
Where do you live? Because that is pretty much unheard of.
NP I own to the road too. If you don't have a sidewalk on your side of the street, you probably own it.
Either way, these people are animals for parking in the grass.
Please get a survey...assuming if you have not done that. In Va for example, VDOT owns the right of way from edge of the road to your property line. There are also utility easements and depending on
when your plat was sub divided and/or recorded, it is hard to tell. I know...I know....but best to get a survey.

Before spreading caltrops that might injure a child and trigger a lawsuit, put orange cones around the perimeter of your property.
And consider investing in a fence.
My backyard is fenced. To match and fence it in like the back it would be about $20k. Also, my home would look like a fortress.

I sort of have the same problem too with neighbors driving over my front lawn. I just laid new sod in the 1ft section they always drive over. Drives me insane. Most of the time it's not my neighbors- it's their visitors, cleaning people and lawn service that can't seem to stay on the road and keep driving over my grass.
I'm having trouble finding these on Home Depot's site.
I don't see them but they are there. It's with all the NO PARKING and signage
