That said, DF plays fast and loose with the stats too. On their site they keep saying most women get pregnant within three rounds of natural cycle, but then they say that 3 natural cycles = one medicated cycle. But the odds of success with one medicated cycle aren't much better than 50% at best - so both those statements can't be true. And when you look at the actual stats, they are not that encouraging.
13:52 here - yes, I think crazy high is the way to describe it. However, I do have a child already that I conceived naturally at 36, plus my FSH etc. is supposedly good, so maybe that's a factor. If my insurance didn't cover it, it probably wouldn't be worth the cost to even try at my age, but I have the coverage, so it's worth a try...
