Basically, any job that requires a “rare” talent which isn’t necessarily difficult, but hard to find.

Jobs pay accordingly to difficulty, undesirability and scarcity of talent.

A good example would be some kind of artist. Mediocre artists are usually paid poorly (or not at all) because their jobs are desirable, and it’s easy to find people who want to be artists. And there is no shortage of mediocre musicians, painters, etc. But it’s rare to find someone who does art extraordinarily well. So genius artists are often well paid even if they don’t work too hard.

Of course, they may have had to work hard to develop their talent, often in obscurity, so it usually evens out in the long run.

Dental hygienist are subject to carpal tunnel syndrome. I think there is a lot of pressure to work overly quickly which leads to ethical issues as to how good a job you are doing.

OP specifically asked for jobs requiring not much "mental prowess." I don't know about day-to-day for dentists, but getting into dental school requires a science background, including organic chemistry. That's not going to be on the easier end of the spectrum.

8 hours English
8 hours General Chemistry with lab
8 hours Organic Chemistry with lab

Many dental hygienists end up with neck, back and shoulder problems from the position they work in. It is also a very repetitive job and one where you have to socially be pleasant and make small talk all the while doing something most people strongly dislike. It isn't an easy job

Yes, I do have dentists in my family (2). According to them, there is very little variety in their work, and its a "lifestyle" career - meaning, it affords them a good lifestyle and reasonable hours, with very little intellectual challenge.
