They won't. If FCV stops Loudoun based practices, there will be a mass exit. But, TSJ will make up for it be taking SYC and other local Fairfax club's top talent.
FCV will now be far more expensive an option than other clubs because of the St. James. FCV has essentially left one of the most wealthy counties in the United States, not to mention the region for Springfield.

What’s the draw? A single indoor turf field and the guest club dues on the east coast?

I was primarily interested in the water park/splash pad they had there but their website sucks and I can't seem to find any information on it; not even pictures. I was wondering about pricing, availability (do you have to be a member? if so, how much?)... you know just the basic questions a user might have???
The "active entertainment and waterpark" is complementery BEFORE 3pm Monday thru Thursday for members.
It is $15 PER HOUR PER PERSON after 3pm for members and all day for non members from September to May.
It is $20 PER HOUR PER PERSON after 3pm for mebers and all day for non members for June, July, and August.
I agree that they've built it in the wrong place. The median income for Springfield is around 95k. These aren't the people who can shell out hundreds of dollars a month for a facility like this.
