No, you aren't going to be able to find archived U10 rosters online.
Parents with kids in a certain age group can sometimes be a good source of information about the playing history of other kids in that age group at the same level, just by recognizing them and remembering them from another team, talking to other parents, etc...
As for Arlington U14s, on the DA teams it's true most were not Arlington at U10. It is not true to say that they were not playing travel soccer at that age. Also, there are other players who were at Arlington at U10 who are now playing at other DAs. The same goes for Arlington's Red teams. They have a higher portion of players who've always been at Arlington, but still a good number from other clubs, just as some of their former players have moved on to play at other clubs.
The idea that u9-U12 doesn't matter is simply not true. It is extremely rare to find a high level player at U14+ who was not playing travel soccer at u10. Probably less than 1%, if that.
Most of the larger clubs are like that. The thing is many of the u10 kids will not be playing by u14. Also most top teams have a turnover of 20-30% each year.

Arlington travel practices 2x a week and has a skills practice on Monday. We always treated skills practice as optional.
I think it will get better. Once the team starts becoming closer, your DC will enjoy spending time with friends and will look forward to practices.

A lot of kids are complaining right now. Some teams have barely had any games yet and it's just been intense preseason practices. Plus, it's hot.
Even kids that love soccer don't like to be out training when it's hot and humid. Plus, some kids have not trained much over the summer, so their endurance is lower and practices are (gasp!) difficult because of the pace & intensity that is competitive soccer.

why don't you stop with the goalkeeper training? every other player at his age group in most clubs are practicing 3x a week in season. If it's not for you, then drop to ADP.

There’s nothing wrong with playing 4 days a week. Hell, they should play all 7 days. However, at their age they’d be better served playing pickup than overloading them with organized team practices. Again, they’re U10.

Going back to the original question -- whether playing four times a week is too much -- it obviously isn't most of the other parts of the world, where kids play for hours every day. But for particular individuals, or kids with diverse interests, it may be more than they want or need.

If you child has goalkeeper training separate from the team training, I would talk to the coach about your kid missing 1 of the team training sessions. That would keep the training to 3 days a week.
Or make it optional for you child to decide if they want to go to the additional session.
Your 8 year old is a U10 goal keeper? Personally I think that is too early to commit to being a goal keeper. Do they also play in the field? Are they on a a top team?
