If you feel that something is keeping you together, it is more likely that stress is keeping you from alignment. In a calmer time, think about it again.

If there is desire to talk to a spirit guide, one will appear. We communicate with K through what you call telepathy. K holds a question in their mind and we send a though back. Right now, K is in trance and we are typing through them.

What you think of reality is essentially a game. To keep the game fun you (the real you: an eternal soul) choose to forget what you know. When the game ends (physical death) you remember that you were sitting in your living room (the non physical realm) and your "opponents" are just your friends sitting beside you.
