I told my husband sometimes I flip through some of my favorite memories with him. He thought it was lame and I should come up with more creative fantasies.

OP, Female here and I have a very healthy sex life with my partner, I am always up for sex and enthusiastic. He still watches porn and takes care of himself and I honestly don't think he thinks of me very often in his alone time and that is okay. The majority of males fantasize about other women or scenarios when they are not having sex with their own partner. This is completely normal and you should not feel offended, especially if the two of you have a healthy sex life. It has no impact on his attraction and wants for you.

He’s trying to tell you what he things you want to hear. Maybe he thinks of you and maybe he doesn’t. Shouldn’t matter. I’m sure my dh matribatrs every day we don’t have sex. And if he thought of me every time that would be weird. I certainly don’t think of him every time. We have a happy and healthy marriage. Everyone needs a fantasy sometimes.

When I speaking it, I like to simulate intimacy with my wife. The way it goes down is I start touching, then my hand withdraws consent and I am frustrated.
