I don't think going to the gym is a good idea but why shouldn't a man be concerned about your real measurements and natural face? That's who you are and who he might eventually wake up to. Nobody wants to go on a date with a spanxed up, make up-clad woman only to see the "real" person later.
Maybe you don't want to, but you actually always do. Dates hardly ever happen in a gym. It's not that there is something to hide, meeting in a gym or a swimming pool (i got asked to do that one!) is an abrupt situation that doesn't feel natural with someone you don't know. No one ever asked anyone to come to work without make up. If you personally can not see 'the real person' because of her fake eyelashes, that is your problem. I can, easily.
Also, we'd like to believe we were chosen not only based on our rocking bodies.
