I do regular backpack and room searches and will come across the juuling package or insertsperiodixally. I throw them out. I talk about health risks. It’s tiring. I’m not the only parent dealing with this. And, DH and I are involved parents. Punishing has its limits. All we can do is try to get through.

That's a separate, additional problem.
I’m just saying if you stop the money flow, they will find it elsewhere. Merely cutting off money doesn’t do much good.
