Haha. You must not know what "by definition" means. And those of us in sales with $1mm+ incomes would rather be in sales than be poor and self righteous.

No doubt. But everyone not in sales thinks you are insufferable nimrods

Oh I'm sure that's what you and the others at your table have thought about all the more popular and successful people throughout your life. It's one of our favorite things chuckle about ... in the fleeting moments that we even notice you.

You are profoundly stupid. You no doubt sell widgets and live in NA or Assburn. Im guessing VA Tech or JMU and lots of beer on the weekend. Right bro?

There is a big difference in selling commodity goods and services and business development for multi-million dollar contracts. The latter is not often done by people that are dim or insufferable.

Out of curiosity, what's your profession (because maybe I need to switch professions)? Is is that income not necessary salary/bonus?

I am 38 with a similar income, fluctuatesbetween $750k - $1 mil/year. I am in sales.

Wow! That's a lot. Out of curiosity, I have noticed that sometimes in their 50's, people are replaces by younger more attractive people. Is that always a risk in sales -- that you'll be replaced? -- whereas a doctor, for example, has more job security?

I am a SAHM, DH works in a field that he is very well respected in and he is very passionate about.

Can your parents adopt me?

^^you are a little sad. Why do you care about what others earn? Do you value yourself so little? Money does not buy everything.

Plus they didn't earn it themselves so they don't deserve much credit.
