We were called/emailed on a Thursday and had until Monday. We didn't respond, and mid-day Monday the space was declined in the system for us.
Like a PP, we did not expect the list to move until later. This was for 2nd grade.

What was your number when you were called?
When I checked yesterday, we were number 5. My guess is that others ahead of me declined their offers.
Either that or they made several offers. Monday was the first day of school in the DCPS traditional calendar, so if kids are switching to a neighborhood school, they would have wanted to decide that by Monday.

FYI- we joined IT after the school year began, did not receive our spot until the end of the first week! And if you didn't realize- they haven't started yet.
