Can’t stand him.

He also can’t perform sexually when he’s had even one drink. Since he used to drink daily we rarely had sex. It made for a miserable marriage.

I will say that it doesn't happen that often so its kind of just a nice interlude, I'm not dealing with a drunk person every night.

I hope he knows how lucky he is.

I probably wouldn't like it if my husband got sloppy drunk all of the time and came home slurring his words. I also wouldn't like it if he was an angry drunk.

But getting tipsy or having a few too many doesn't bother me. He works hard -- not just in his professional life but also around the house. I actually like it when he's able to let himself get a little drunk and be a little carefree.

We are talking sloppy drunk. Slurring words. Tripping a little. Not tipsy/happy. Not an angry drunk. Just too drunk. It isn't all the time. Hell, it isn't very often. But when it happens, I find it repulsive.

When I am sober (which is always), I get annoyed seeing another person drunk.
They oftentimes cry, are difficult to converse with + cannot even walk w/out being aided.
Just a hot mess.

I also get annoyed at looking at someone who is stoned as well.
They have blood-shot glazed over eyes, laugh at stupid stupid stuff & eat like crazy.
They can barely hold a conversation, then usually fall asleep within a couple hours.

The last straw with my now ex was when he went out after we'd had a fight, came home and made a huge scene at 3am, and threw up in our front hallway.

He drank very rarely and I wouldn't say he had a drinking problem but that drunken night showed him for the coward he is. He couldn't face his feelings or use his words so he got hammered and made a scene.

My partner had been sober for eight years when we met. Serious upgrade.

it turns me on, smelling the whiskey on his breath while having sex when he’s really drunk is a huge turnon for me and I get off on it.

I hate my drunk spouse.

Last time my husband got drunk was over 30 years ago. He was brought home by a co worker. He ran into the house and threw up in the kitchen sink. I mean he filled up the sink. Grateful for small favors, it was on the disposal side. Then he collapsed on the floor where I left him. He woke up periodically to fart and use bad language. Not at me, he just kept saying nasty words and laughing. I watched him all night, sat reading a book, entertaining as hell. How he slept on that hard floor amazes me.

When he woke up the next day he was so embarrassed and sickly dehydrated. He never had a drop of liquor since. He cleaned up his mess, apologized for days after.

I took pictures of him. He doesn't know. HA HA !

We both drink socially. I’ve never seen him drunk or vice versa. My XH was a stoner so I really dislike dealing with people who are under the influence.

I love drunk DH. He's adorable, silly, extremely affectionate and tends to be a little more dominating in the bedroom (which he knows I like but usually he's in his head too much to get super into it)

Or he gets sleepy. Which isn't as fun but not something I'd get mad over.

Nope.
His IQ falls about 50 points.
He completely loses everything that’s masculine and strong about him.
And he often gets super mean.

I like to see my usually uptight/very controlled, responsible DH let loose even if he ends up sloppy drunk rather than fun drunk. Best is fun drunk, but I don't find sloppy drunk disgusting. It's rare though, if it were a regular thing I could see it getting old quick.

It’s usually pretty funny when my husband is drunk, so I don’t mind.

He's fun! And doesn't puke or complain the next day.
