+1
You are paying her this time to make sure she returns your call/text NEXT time you need some help.
How much would it cost to replace all your dead plants?
Unless she was next door or across the street, going to your house was a pain in the *ss. She is not getting rich from these jobs and the extra cash is nice to have.

She said she misunderstood about staying in the house. The cat is missing the plants survived it was for 7 days. Initially I was going to pay her $25 a day. But that was to be at our home the evening for the cat and she could water during the evening.
Anonymous[b wrote:]I'm surprised your plants needed watering 11 times in 3 weeks.[/b] This is a grown woman who had to think about your plants and making special trips (even within the neighborhood, she wasn't going to your house already) for almost a month. $100 is not enough. I'd say $150-165.

Anonymous wrote:hi, we went on vacation for three weeks and had someone water our plants for us and bring in the mail. She did so 11 times. How much is a fair rate to pay her for that work? Unfortunately, we didn't discuss a rate before she did the work and I think she is expecting us to come up with it.
thanks in advance!
