Almost never. I have a portable steamer I bought from Costco. I love it more than the expensive stand up steamer in my closet.

Never. I don't steam either. I don't buy a lot of things that need to be ironed and the few that I do have I'd rather wear a little wrinkly. My DH irons his bespoke shirts because he thinks the dry cleaners aren't careful enough with them.

Europeans iron everything. Even jeans. I draw the line at underwear. But, yes flat sheets get ironed over here.

I can’t stand wrinkles, even T-shirt’s. And no, your dryer doesn’t iron cottons magically. You look wrinkly.

I like the smooth look and feel of them. Some sheets, like Pottery Barn, wrinkle terribly. The edges curl and wrinkle and I hate it.

When my DD was about 4, she didn’t know it was a thing to clean toilets. She was at the ILs and was utterly amazed when she saw MIL cleaning her bathroom. It occurred to us that we had had a cleaning service since before she was born, and they usually come during the day when she’s in preschool so she probably never did see anyone clean the toilet.

I had not ironed in years until DC started needing to dress up for musical performances. For my own clothes, I just spray water on the clothing the night before and it looks good enough when it's dry.

For them PPs asking why iron when one can just throw in dryer or use a steamer.... because we like doing it. It’s easy for some of us, and not a “chore” and we like how the clothes look as a result. Simply .....because.

Only if something got wrinkled on travel and then I fiddle with the hotel iron and that only if its an interview, a wedding, etc. Otherwise its either pressed from the dry cleaner or steamed or I dont care that its rumpled....

THIS . When I'm shopping, I grab the garmet and crush it; if it wrinkles, it stays in the store. lol
