I live in Beverly Hills, California and usually run past the house where the Menendez brothers killed their parents. The new owners seemed to have changed nothing. It gives me the creeps just running past it.

I have seen that house. The property is the most valuable thing about it (flats of Beverly Hills) and people routinely knock down houses and rebuild. I have no clue what the owners of that house didn't. Yeah, I would not buy that house unless I intended to knock it down.

If I bought that house, every time there was a weird smell I would think, "Is that rotting brains, I smell?" NOOOOOO!

I am asked to do spiritual cleanings often on homes where someone has died. It's really kind of silly. There is pretty much never anything there. But even normally rational, skeptical people seem to feel better after a home is saged and blessed.

Friends bought a Victorian house that had kids graves in the back yard from old days. They had kids that's played on the graves. The house brought a lot of bad luck. It's bad feng shui to have graves on the property. I know because I used to own a property with a small graveyard on it. It was a bad investment.

A Friend of mine bought a home where someone died but it was an elderly lady who died peacefully in her sleep in the home that she raised her family in - that didn’t bother them nor would that both me - but someone being murdered is another thing altogether.

One of my BFF's families did that! It was actually a super notorious murder of a very prominent person. They bought it at a significant discount, raised their family there, and just sold it for top of the market.

When I was in my early 20s my roommate and I found out that someone had been murdered in our apartment 5 years prior and they stashed the body in MY BEDROOM CLOSET! We found out 2 weeks after we moved in. 2 or 3 years later the next person that moved in was murdered on the way back to the apartment from the metro at night after work and they never found out who did it. Also, this was in North Arlington in a safe area - we left a week later and lost our security deposit, but we just couldn’t handle - too creepy and sad.

Inside of D.C., NYC, or San Francisco? Yep. Suburbs? No.

Tony had the bright idea. Got that Georgetown apartment for a steal because of a murder and a little blood in the corner.

My parents live in upstate NY and across from a Colonial to Civil War era cemetery (about 100 year span). It is fascinating to walk around in there and look at the old gravestones and mini mausoleums. So many dead children. My mom always makes her silly joke, "Our neighbors are so quiet." Sometimes you'll see deer walking around in there too. It is still tended by the town.

No. If I could let logic rule, of course I would. But I am fanciful and have a wild imagination and wouldn't be able to get the horror of it out of my mind.
