Link.
Don't rely on the Daily Mail. It's such a rag that Wikipedia won't accept it as a cited source when people create Wkipedia articles. I'm amazed how it has gotten a lot of Americans turning to it as "news" when in Britain (where it's based) it's considered just a gossip sheet.

How about they either a.)Kill Roseanne off, b.)Send her to a mental institution for life or c.)Have her leave Dan + marry her Italian lover in his native country, then have Dan re-marry and ABC brings in a new or another comedian to the family/show.
He + Jackie will have larger roles, but the comedian will have the main character & they can even use her name as the show’s new moniker.

ABC has done a mistake by cancelling The Last Man Standing too, due to Tim Allen being a republican, they can claim whatever, but we know that is true. ABC is desperate for a good sitcom and they keep making decisions based on politics and perception. This scandal would actually make the show even more watched and controversial. I am not supporting her or her idiotic racist rants, but show business is a scandal business, they ought to use that. It won't be their first racist actor or the last.
It’s Ok to cancel shows because conservatives run them. There’s no need to validate that.

John Goodman says he's interested.
My two cents: Gilbert isn't a talented actress, nor is her character particularly interesting.

Roseanne herself was awkward/forced and it made me sad to see how bad her acting is now when I really enjoyed her on the first run of the show. And the actress that plays Becky is really terrible.
I hope they can make a spinoff work.
+1. Dan and jackie were way better actors. Let’s see how it goes.
Just kill off Roseanne and the show can continue.
That's kind of a brilliant idea. Let her be a victim of the opiod crisis. Let her go to Mexico for her knee surgery and die under anesthesia. They could make it relatable and poignant.
