Just had a chop t chicken salad with officially 350 calories (I switched the dressing to get there). Taste isn’t good, seems filling enough. I didn’t like the price though ...

If OP can afford lunch out and it brings her joy, why shouldn't she buy lunch?
Because she wants to lose weight and eating out for lunch everyday is going to make that hard, especially since she is not willing to eat many salads.
