I’ve been to 20. We were poor when I was a kid. I only traveled out of state twice before I was an adult.

Stop that. I don't travel much. I think it's more important that my daughter have braces now so her teeth don't fall out in her early 20's. I think it's more important that I build savings in case of emergency. My life is not pathetic because I've been to fewer than a dozen states.

Well I spent most of my life in Europe, but I have been to 20 of the US states.

I have three to go: Alaska, Nevada and Wisconsin.

I've been to 17, mostly up and down the east coast, a few out west and almost none of the flyovers.

Odd. I view driving thru a state the same as a layover. I count both and actually count the layover more so.
