Drink a glass of warm water with the juice of one lemon in the morning before you have anything else to eat or drink.
After breakfast, make sure that you drink a glass of water, or pho soup, with half a teaspoon of inulin and a teaspoon of liquid ionic Magnesium dissolved in it 30 minutes before eating any meal. PP, how do you feel about water kefir? I've just started brewing water kefir drinks and I LOVE them. I'm still not clear how much water kefir I should drink a day though. Any thoughts? (I don't do any of the other stuff you mentioned)
