Perspective. It’s fantasy land. Infatuation. Quit while you’re both ahead. Yes, there’s a line with an AP. Don’t get too close.
Long term sporadic AC? What do you mean? Sleeping with him only a few times a year? Once a month?
How then did you distance yourself further than that? Completely broke it off?

Is it time to break up?
I'm a guy. I had a ONS a few weeks ago. The second time we hooked up I blurted out "OMG I love you.........OMG did I really say that."
Fortunately she was nice and said "It's ok, it happens."

Why would a man say I love you to his side piece?
Mine said it to me first. We were both feeling it. He left his wife and we are still together many years later. I’m going to get insanely flamed for this but judge away. Life is too short not to be happy.

Anonymous wrote:OP - tell him. I told my long term AP and she felt the same. It made the intimacy that much better. Had she not felt the same way maybe I would have been a little hurt, or embarrassed, but I knew it was far from casual. We were 1000 miles apart so leaving for each other was not in the cards.

Ever wonder if he says it to his new AP?
Anonymous wrote:Op- how badly do you want to know if he does love you?
Just ask him. He does? You’re thrilled. He doesn’t? You can end it or continue with the affair knowing that it’s just been a hookup for him.
Anonymous wrote:Of course he loves you. The sex is comfortable now. It’s been 2 years. He doesn’t want to complicate things or spoil the routine so he won’t say the words. But he loves you. You got trouble.
