I am probably eating a bit too much but loooove my steamed cauliflower with butter!
Sorry, but I don't get how others can tolerate most of those leafy veggies! YUCK.
I eat a lot of broccoli, asparagus, green beans, zucchini and tomatoes, but the rest of that list would make me hurl!

Uhhgg seriously?!? Every single fruit, vegetable, legume and grain has been altered by humans through artificial selection for thousands of years since the beginning of agriculture. This has been done to make food more palatable and easier to digest - all good things!

It really helped with the transition. I also needed to increase salt in the first week because I got lightheaded. Both of those things helped and I didn't have other side effects except keto breath for a couple of weeks about a month in. I've been following keto for about 18 months. It's been the best thing I have ever done for my health. I've lost almost 70 lb and now maintaining that loss easily. Have lots of energy and mental clarity. I know the diet doesn't work for everyone, but hope you can get past the first days to see if it works well for you.
Any diet that makes you feel lightheaded because of lack of a food can't be good.
Most diets lead to eating less food. You actually don’t have to starve yourself on keto. It’s a misconception.
You eat tons of fat on keto... which is excellent for you if done right. I have been on keto since September - I've lost all the weight I set out to lose and then some.. and kept it off. I drink buttered coffee in the am... It keeps me full until I cook up some eggs.
There is so much research out there on how bad low fat high carb diets are for you. Google it.
You need to continue googling. This is false.
