Successful male here. My now DW checked all of these, plus she is just awesome. Suprisingly #6 is where most woman don’t have a clue. I would also add where clothes that fit you and your body type.

I know a couple where the man tells the woman what to wear for things like nights out or ski trips. If you want your life reduced to what you are wearing and how you are manicured then by all means sign up for that. If you have your own brain cells you’d best consider a different course in life.

I cannot imagine this life. We have a refugee from this life in our neighborhood -when her rich husband tired of her, trophy wife was dropped off in our neighborhood to live out the rest of her life in a little shack with little money or skills to support herself. ‘Former trophy wife’ is not a marketable skill.
You can tell that she used to be cute but beauty definitely fades with age.

My sister played college D1 golf and majored in accounting. After graduation, she was jobless for almost year. During that time, she spent most of her time on the golf course practicing her golf game. She gave golf lesson to an older man at one of the CC and he liked her so much that he hooked her up with one of his sons. That old man works in private equity management and so does his son. She is now happily married to the son.

Btw, that's how Trump met his first wife, Ivana, and 2nd wife, Marla Maples, on the ski slope.

& if getting chewed up and spit out by a dominating rich man isn’t something you desire it’s best to steer very clear of the ski slopes...

You should wear lots of black, grays, and blues, to snag a rich guy. Have a secret nasty side that will intrigue him like secret smoking. Make lots of good eye contact.

If you're trying to signal that you're wife material, that will scare them off. Men can pick up on that a mile away (just like we can tell when a guy is working too hard for us). Yoga pants are okay- I wore them a lot when single- but that + NorthFace makes you blend in with every other 20-something wearing the exact same thing. Be unique. I tried to wear things that very few other women wear. Also, men love sundresses. Not too much makeup. I did tinted moisturizer+cream blush+mascara+lip tint. Generally, powder makeup and too much makeup looks awful and makes you look old. Long hair is good. Work out and do exercises that build up your glutes.

Honestly, though, the better option is to go to your local library, go through the finance books, find one that resonates you. Read it three times. Go back to the library and repeat. Once you get the hang of money & finances, you find it's much easier to make it yourself than rely on a man for it. Wish I had known that before I got married.

Agree the best place to start is grad school. Most but not all wives of successful men met in school or shortly after and then slid back or stopped their career when the babies came. They call it an MRS degree for a reason

How you carry yourself matters more than what makeup you wear. Be friendly, fun, smile, men will approach you. Yoga pants and a shirt are fine, some men prefer the girl next door look.
