Puh-lease with the pearl-clutching. The people without shelter or safety SHOULD be anxious and depressed, I think OP is talking about regular middle class people who are on scores of meds.

I think that life for the most part was designed for people to only exist for a season. You meet them, they serve their purpose and then they exit. Social media however, has created this unnatural ability for folks to stay in your life indefinitely. Some people who were no longer meant to be a part of your life are still their and it is causing energy flows to be disrupted.
